—The Wedding Photography Experience—

You’ve got your wedding date, your venue, and, ideally, your fiancé locked in. Now comes the big one: choosing a wedding photographer who actually gets you. Not just someone who shows up with a camera, but a visual storyteller who captures your wedding day the way it felt. The quiet, emotional moments. The nervous hands during the vows. The uncontrollable laugh on the dance floor. As a documentary-style wedding photographer, that’s my whole thing… real moments, real emotion, zero awkward posing energy.

And let’s be honest, you don’t just want a wedding photographer, you want someone who’s got your back. I’ll hold your bouquet, bustle your dress, fix your veil, grab you a drink, and absolutely save you from having to pin that boutonniere, that literally no one knows how to do. I’m calm under pressure, great at problem-solving, and fully prepared for wedding day chaos (it’s kind of my specialty).

I work best with couples who do weddings their own way, elopements, non-traditional weddings, intimate celebrations, and rule-breakers of all kinds. Whether you’re planning a mountaintop elopement, a backyard punk rock wedding, or walking down the aisle in a black wedding dress, I’m in. Your wedding day should feel like you, not a checklist and I’ll be there to document every big moment, every quiet in-between, and all the beautifully messy stuff that makes it unforgettable.

But What If We’re Super Awkward?

Oh, trust me, I hear this from almost every couple. And guess what? It’s totally normal. That’s why engagement sessions are included in most wedding packages. Think of it as a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera (without the wedding day pressure). My approach? Less stiff posing, more movement, more laughter, like a weird hybrid of Charades and Twister that somehow results in stunning, natural photos.

I get it. I hate being in front of the camera too. (Seriously, there are some tragic photos of me out there.) That’s why I shoot the way I do because I want you to see yourselves the way I see you. Authentic, emotional, personalized and beautifully you.

Planning for the Big Day

Months before your wedding, we’ll go over everything, timelines, family photo lists, all the little details. Yes, I said it: family formals. I know they’re not the most exciting part of the day, but they matter to your family, so we’ll knock them out quickly and painlessly (and only include the people you actually want in them).

More importantly, we’ll talk about what matters most to you. Are you all about the epic dance floor moments? The quiet, emotional exchanges? That ridiculous cousin who will perform a dramatic Electric Slide solo? (We all have one. Just embrace it.) Whatever it is, I’ll make sure it gets documented, so you have the memories to relive over and over again.

Wedding packages start at $4900, with an option to add a second photographer for even more coverage. Most couples spend $5900 for the 8 hour package.

If a big wedding isn’t your thing, elopement packages start at $3000 because your love story doesn’t need a crowd to be meaningful.

At the end of the day, you’re not just hiring me to take photos, you’re hiring me to create art that tells your story. My goal is to give you something that belongs in your home. Photos that don’t just sit on a hard drive, but hang on your walls, live in an album, and get flipped through on anniversaries, with your future kids or grandkids on your lap.

So, let’s do this. Let’s capture your day exactly as it felt. Because when the flowers dry up, the dress gets stored away, and the last song fades out, these are the moments that will last forever.
